Index Tower - Emirates REIT

Design Concept of Index Tower

Completed in 2011 and seated gracefully on a 20,000 m2 area, Index Tower is truly an iconic structure that adds a touch of uniqueness to the usual monotony of standard high-rise buildings found today.

With offices based in DIFC, Emirates REIT is an ever-expanding entity with a portfolio value of AED 2.54 billion spanning over 8 properties located in prestigious areas such as Dubai Marina, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road and Media City.

We have the intention of making Index Tower one of Dubai’s premier business and lifestyle destinations. Our commitment to this is our ownership of the full retail space as well as two thirds of the office floors and over 1,400 car park spaces; bringing the Net Leasable Area to 43,590 m2 (469,199 sqft).

Emirates REIT is based around the principle that our clients’ well-being comes first and we uphold this in every avenue, giving us a well-respected reputation in the market. We work tirelessly to best fit our clients’ needs and take on board their suggestions and input in all of our processes. If our current tenants expand their businesses, we constantly look for ways to help achieve their growth, whether helping them move to a bigger office or setting up more streamlined leasing plans.

Second To None Viewing

With its East to West orientation, you are left spoilt for choice at the breathtaking views of all sides of Dubai.

With the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain, Sheikh Zayed Road and the crystal clear waters of the Arabian Gulf in full view, no matter where one is in the building, the splendour of Dubai’s beauty is always available, even with a quick glance.

Inside the building itself, guests are treated to a vast four-storey lobby that welcomes them to the heart of the tower. Natural light fills the building from all angles thanks to the special floor to ceiling glass found almost everywhere in the building. A prime example of this is the two-storey Sky Lobby located on the 30th floor that separates the offices and residential apartments, which is made visible as a horizontal break in the centre of the tower. From this floor, the views of Dubai are second to none, with a number of developments planned for it in the near future to ensure that tenants of the building will have some of the best amenities on hand.
